Princess Anne Hospitalized After Incident at Her Home
Princess Anne, the sister of King Charles III, was hospitalized on Sunday evening after suffering a minor injury and a concussion.
The Princess Royal, as she is known, was taken to hospital after an incident at her home in Gatcombe Park, Gloucestershire.
According to a statement from Buckingham Palace, Princess Anne was taken to hospital as a precaution and is in a stable condition. The Palace did not provide any further details about the incident but said that the Princess Royal will remain in hospital overnight for observation.
Princess Anne is the second child and only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. She is 15th in line to the throne and has been a working member of the royal family for over 50 years.
Princess Anne is known for her work on behalf of charities and organizations, including the Save the Children Fund, the British Olympic Association, and the Equestrian Federation of Great Britain. She is also a keen horsewoman and has competed in the Olympics.
